- Proof of Accommodation: Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation
- Air Ticket Reservation: Air Ticket Reservation with return
- A valid health insurance policy covering expenses of at least EUR 30,000 or the equivalent in another currency.
Business
- Passport pages containing personal data from the passport

- An invitation from a legal entity registered in Ukraine, issued on an official form which must contrain the number from the Ukraine’s State Register of legal entities, private entrepreneurs and public associations, the registration number, date and sign.
- An invitation from a state body, state institution, state enterprise, state organisation.
- A document confirming the implementation of foreign investment in accordance with the legislation on the foreign investment regime in Ukraine.
