- A valid visa or e-visa issued by Australia, Canada, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State.
- A resident permit or visa (excluding e-visas issued by Australia or New Zealand) that has expired less than 10 years prior to the arrival date can still be used for entry.
Please Note: Passengers with a work permit are not eligible. The information on the Travel Authorization Certificate must match the details of the passport used for travel (the name must be identical). Passengers with an e-visa issued by Australia or New Zealand must present a printed confirmation of the valid e-visa.
