PTI reports that discussions to finalise the terms of this bilateral agreement will start in June. Russia now has a tourist exchange programme that grants nationals of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/China\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">China<\/a> and Iran admission without the need for a visa.<\/p>\n<p>Director of the Department of Multilateral Economic Cooperation and Special Projects of the Russian Economic Development Ministry, Nikita Kondratyev, stated: &#8220;As they prepare to introduce visa-free group tourist exchanges, Russia and India are expected to deepen their tourism links. June marks the start of the two countries&#8217; first round of negotiations, with the goal of concluding a bilateral agreement by the end of the year.&#8221; The minister made it clear that Russia wants to replicate India&#8217;s success with this scheme. Commencing on August 1, 2023, the visa-free exchanges between China and Iran have shown to be quite prosperous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visa-free travel: what is it?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Visa-free travel allows you to enter a nation using your passport alone to pass customs instead of requiring a visa in advance. This simplifies travel and does away with the trouble and expense of <a href=\"https:\/\/visadone.com\/\"><strong>getting a visa<\/strong><\/a>. 62 nations currently grant visa-free entry to holders of Indian passports, simplifying and facilitating travel.
